Work onsite with a major transportation customer to assess, quantify, and mitigate operational and safety risks. Provide consulting services, build relationships across the customer organization, mentor peers, drive continuous improvement, and deliver risk-reduction strategies and measurement using proprietary systems and Microsoft Office tools. Regular travel required.

Lead and mentor risk control consultants on complex, high-premium commercial auto surveys; partner with underwriting, develop training and curriculum, apply AI and data analytics, deliver driver coaching and fleet management, and drive improvements in commercial auto risk control practices.
