Serve as strategic HR partner for Global Snacking, advising leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and International teams. Lead one direct report, drive HR strategy, improve HR processes and metrics, coach leaders on talent and performance, partner with TA, Compensation, Talent Management and Communications, ensure compliance, and support organizational effectiveness and leadership development.

Serve as strategic HR partner to North America Sales, aligning talent, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design with business goals. Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, change initiatives, and use workforce analytics and digital/AI tools to inform decisions and improve people outcomes. Coach leaders and manage complex employee relations and transformations.
