Lead the Information Systems and Helpdesk teams, oversee enterprise systems and ensure system reliability, performance, and security in a trading environment.

Support daily trading operations by monitoring and reconciling trades, positions, cash, and clearing activity. Investigate discrepancies, coordinate with traders, finance, engineering, exchanges, brokers, and clearing firms, and support trade lifecycle events and corporate actions. Maintain books and records, strengthen controls, document procedures, and help automate reporting and exception-management processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
