Support post-booking operational health for Capital One Flights by monitoring queues and metrics, triaging escalations, investigating bugs, validating servicing features, maintaining playbooks, coordinating onboarding and launches, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive automation, AI-assisted tooling, and continuous improvement of customer servicing workflows.
