Lead product strategy and execution for Moen B2C product lines, align pricing/distribution, support new product development through stage-gate, collaborate cross-functionally, advocate for customer needs, support go-to-market and sales enablement, and travel to field teams (~15%).

Build relationships with experienced product managers for future physical-product roles. Responsibilities include developing product strategy, owning lifecycle from concept to commercialization, analyzing customer and market data, partnering cross-functionally (Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance), leading roadmaps and pricing, and using analytical tools to support data-driven decisions. Occasional travel for customer visits, manufacturing, testing, and trade shows.
