Coordinate developers, TAMs, CS, Sales, Product, and Finance; run Jira workflows and standups; own PS financial tracking, vendor invoice approval, and rollup reporting to leadership.

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and launches for new customers: manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders; build and QA SMS/MMS/Push/Wallet/RCS campaigns; configure A/B tests and segmentation; ensure compliance and brand accuracy; troubleshoot platform issues; document processes and serve as primary customer contact.
