Supports inventory transactions, EDI and IDoc processing, SAP troubleshooting, reconciliations, warehouse system integrations, and inventory accounting across North American distribution operations. The role manages EDI maps, resolves discrepancies, coordinates 3PL implementations, supports testing and system upgrades, manages vendor performance, and drives root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Manage North American freight, storage, and logistics procurement spend. Develop category strategies, lead sourcing events and negotiations, manage supplier relationships and performance, analyze markets, oversee budgets and purchase price variance, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to deliver savings, sustainability, risk mitigation, and supply assurance.

Oversee finished-goods deployment and SKU-level inventory across distribution centers to fulfill customer orders, achieve service targets, control transportation costs, and manage inventory risks. Create stock transfer orders, optimize shipments, resolve delivery issues, support recalls and obsolete inventory disposition, and provide inventory visibility. Collaborate with planning, operations, distribution, customer service, and quality teams while leading improvement projects.

Coordinate day-to-day rail operations and weekly/annual rail plans to ensure efficient, reliable shipment flow. Manage execution, tracking, exception resolution, stakeholder communications, railcar utilization, cost control, invoice audits, and performance reviews using SAP/S4, TMS, Power BI, and Excel while driving continuous improvement.

Lead global finished-goods network strategy for McCain's Snacking business, owning make-vs-buy, footprint, and distribution decisions. Build and lead a new team, develop portfolio segmentation and governance, embed regulatory/trade requirements, run network modeling and scenario analyses, and align cross-functional and regional stakeholders to optimize cost-to-serve, capacity, and resilience.
