Manage Mexico cross-border customer accounts: coordinate pickups/deliveries, carrier communication, accessorials, awarded lanes, committed capacity, transloads, and KPI-driven performance to maximize profitability and continuous improvement; understand FDA and SAGARPA processes as required.

Own day-to-day drayage operations: quoting, appointment confirmation, vessel/rail and inbound container tracking, carrier selection and onboarding, terminal and empty-container management, demurrage/per diem control, document collection, supplier performance reporting, and partnering with Business Development to support growth and customer satisfaction.
