Lead and scale carrier capacity for temperature-controlled produce and floral logistics. Build and coach capacity teams, establish SOPs, ensure food-safety compliance (FSMA, STF, PACA), manage bids and carrier contracts, partner with Tech/TMS teams, and analyze KPIs to optimize network performance and service delivery.

Handle daily client account operations including load building, appointment scheduling, shipment tracking, carrier and customer communications, resolving exceptions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and maximize profitability.
