New Chapter for ReviewTrackers - Many Thanks.


I’m excited to share good news with our friends, partners, and customers.

Since its founding in 2012, ReviewTrackers has held a single vision: to help businesses better manage and understand customer feedback. Four years and over 10 million reviews later, we feel like we’ve been able to do just that.

Our products have helped more than 25,000 businesses understand and improve their customer relationships. We are thankful everyday for our customers as they continue to shape not only our company, but the industry as a whole.

That’s why today I’m proud to announce that ReviewTrackers has secured another $4 million in growth capital, from a group led by our friends at American Family Ventures. Square 1 Bank, a division of Pacific Western Bank, provided a debt facility to help complement our latest raise, which brings us to $6.1 million in total financing.

We’ll be using this new capital to rapidly grow our team and continue developing new features on our award-winning platform. The goal of these new features is to set the industry standard for how companies understand the post-transactional customer experience.

The growth capital also allows us to continue the tradition of Chicago companies delivering incredible value to business organizations and enterprises. We aim to continue attracting top talent and set an example for how homegrown companies are playing up to the city’s natural strengths in B2B tech. (We’re hiring!)

As businesses become more connected and intertwined with the decentralization of customer information, we believe that the future of Customer Experience Management will rely on customer feedback data. With a renewed focus on solving the problems of our enterprise clients, our service will be able to comprehensively understand customer pain-points and customer experience based on true sentiment, find out their impact on revenue, and uncover implications for customer loyalty.
