Supervise HR activities at the DeKalb distribution center including hiring and onboarding, employee investigations and corrective actions, performance and salary processes, leave/disability support, implementation of corporate HR initiatives, and ongoing employee and leadership support.

Lead cross-functional capital projects (typically >$10M) in manufacturing: define scope, estimates, schedules and requirements; manage execution, risks, change control, stakeholders, EHS compliance, and delivery from scoping through completion.

Supervise a team of 2-3 IT analysts to deliver site IT infrastructure and end-user support. Ensure uptime for workstations, printers, servers, and networking; manage incident response, ticket resolution, dashboards, asset/vulnerability tracking, and after-hours escalation while driving continuous improvement and compliance with IT standards.
