Leads cross-functional supply chain and logistics improvement projects, distribution center automation and process optimization initiatives, and PMO standardization. Manages project scope, plans, budgets, vendors, communications, and global stakeholders. Coaches project leaders, trains teams on project methodologies, and drives operational excellence across 3M Global Logistics.

The Sr. Industrial Engineer will optimize supply chain networks and lead improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency at distribution centers. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing financial aspects of projects, and providing guidance to team members.

Supervise HR activities at the DeKalb distribution center including hiring and onboarding, employee investigations and corrective actions, performance and salary processes, leave/disability support, implementation of corporate HR initiatives, and ongoing employee and leadership support.
