Manage end-to-end technology projects spanning business systems, data, AI, and custom applications. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, testing, change management, UAT, go-live readiness, post-launch support, documentation, and governance. The role partners with business and technical teams while maintaining project records in Jira and ensuring successful implementation of systems, data, and processes.

Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions and RAG pipelines; lead technical design and Azure deployments; integrate AI agents with enterprise systems; ensure governance, scalability, CI/CD, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead the internal audit function including risk-based annual audit planning, execution of audit engagements, SOX compliance, regulatory audit programs, and reporting. Manage and develop audit staff, coordinate co-sourced resources, engage senior management and external auditors, identify control gaps, and drive remediation to strengthen financial, operational, compliance, and IT controls.
