Job Description:

Planning & Delivery

  • Manage project execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology projects across business systems, data, AI, and custom applications.
  • Build project plans: Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Track progressions: Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, resource constraints, and timeline changes as they arise.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

  • Facilitate project meetings: Schedule and lead meetings with business stakeholders, Technology Solutions team members, vendors, and other project participants
  • Clarify project direction: Partner with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, priorities, and implementation needs.
  • Report on status: Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders and leadership, including progress, key decisions, risks, and next steps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Align activities across Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, developers, system administrators, vendors, and business teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and contract terms are met.

Implementation & Change Management

  • Support go-live readiness: Lead change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training coordination, deployment readiness, and post-launch follow-up.
  • Coordinate testing and launch: Oversee testing, user acceptance testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
  • Validate deployment success: Confirm systems, data, and processes are functioning as expected post-launch, and coordinate fixes for any issues identified.

Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain project records: Keep accurate project information, documentation, and updates in Jira and other project management tools.
  • Follow governance standards: Adhere to established project management, delivery, governance, and release-management processes.
  • Support broader team needs: Perform other duties as assigned by direct management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • PMP, CAPM, ScrumMaster, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred

Experience

  • 4+ years in project management, business analysis, or technology implementation
  • Background supporting business applications, system implementations, or process improvements
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Jira, data platforms, AI, or custom applications preferred
  • Experience with large-scale implementations (150+ users) preferred
  • Background as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Salesforce Administrator preferred
  • Experience with change management, UAT, training coordination, or post-implementation support preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong track record partnering with business users, technical teams, and leadership
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and resolving project risks
  • Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams
  • Familiar with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Base Pay Range:

$102,000-110,000/yr

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
