The Senior Consultant Role is a client facing position that will lead the project effort throughout all phases of the project. This will include gathering requirements, solution design, and guiding the project through the testing and deployment phases. The Senior Consultant will also be responsible for the creation of relevant business deliverables to the client. The Senior Consultant possesses a solid background of Salesforce project experience to go along with a deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform. Ability to lead projects and team members is a key attribute for our Senior Consultant.

Meet with customers to determine technical requirements. Work with senior members of the team to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Salesforce platform. Lead development work streams, from design through testing and deployment, often working with junior members of the team. Provide leadership and mentoring to your scrum team in all aspects of engineering best practices, including bringing new ideas to the team. Provide thought leadership to SDLC that strives to reach CI/CD models. Contribute code that satisfies requirements and adheres to standards and best practices. Creates and organizes technical documentation, including providing “code school” style knowledge transfer to other team members. Supports the product they develop and configures logging and monitoring to ensure the team is able to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner. Consistently meets sprint commitments and expectations without close supervision.
