Supports client requirements gathering, Salesforce and AI solution configuration, application testing, documentation, validation, and user training. Collaborates with consultants and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, adaptability, and a willingness to develop technical and consulting skills in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Supports clients in gathering technical requirements and designing, configuring, developing, testing, and documenting Salesforce solutions. Writes Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components; builds integrations using MuleSoft, Celigo, and APIs; explores AI tools; creates training materials; and collaborates with consultants to validate solutions against business needs.

Supports client-facing Salesforce and AI implementations by gathering requirements, documenting processes, configuring and testing solutions, researching AI capabilities, and creating project documentation, training materials, and user guides. Collaborates with consultants and clients to ensure solutions meet business needs. This is an onsite Chicago internship for current college juniors graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Spring 2028.
