Support third-party risk management by using GRC tools to identify, document, evaluate, and monitor risks, controls, and mitigation. Produce dashboards and reports for leadership, maintain risk documentation for audits and regulatory inquiries, respond to due diligence requests, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, research regulatory and industry trends, and apply AI/AI-agent capabilities to improve workflows, reporting, and monitoring.

The Sales Development Representative generates qualified sales leads through prospecting, collaborates with Account Executives, and achieves pipeline targets using CRM tools and sales engagement strategies.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will develop client strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, manage relationships, and drive growth through effective account management and cross-selling of products in a remote-first environment.

Manage an assigned partner portfolio to drive revenue growth and partner health. Design, build, and maintain data lakes, data warehouses, and end-to-end data pipelines for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Lead code and design reviews, write infrastructure-as-code, optimize performance and scalability, participate in data governance, mentor junior engineers, evaluate new technologies, automate tests, collaborate cross-functionally, and join on-call rotation to ensure reliable data delivery.

Own end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations for banks and credit unions, guiding clients from kickoff to launch. Manage project plans, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and transition to post-launch support while driving process improvements and client satisfaction.

Configure and validate backend systems for bank and credit union implementations. Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, work with APIs and integrations, document decisions, test pre-GA functionality, and partner with implementation, activation, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments.

Support Segmint implementations by validating client data extracts, troubleshooting production issues, coaching clients through data submission cycles, configuring SFTP, and maintaining support documentation. Work on multiple client projects and tickets while collaborating with Project Managers to ensure accurate data flows and successful go-lives.
