As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll lead efforts to improve configuration management and tackle challenges in identity and access management while promoting a culture of clean code and effective architectural solutions.

Build and lead Alkami's Business Value function: create value-selling methodology, ROI models, and tooling; partner on top platform deals; enable AEs and directors; extend value tracking into post-sale success; and hire and develop a high-performing value engineering team to drive wins, larger deals, renewals, and growth.

Serve as the primary consultative partner for a complex portfolio of financial institution clients using Alkami's Data & Marketing solution. Drive strategy, analyze usage and campaign results, deliver QBRs, build success plans, maintain multi-threaded relationships, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate internal stakeholders, and ensure retention and measurable ROI. Travel up to 25%.
