The Account Executive will drive revenue growth by closing deals with community banks, managing sales cycles, and building client relationships.

Post-sale technical role partnering with financial institutions and integrators to architect, troubleshoot, validate, and launch integrations using the Alkami SDK and platform APIs. Triage SDK tickets, scope contracted engagements, coordinate escalations to Engineering, and provide technical advisory and testing support through go-live.

Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and positioning for major SaaS product and partner launches. Drive competitive and market analysis, sales enablement, cross-functional alignment, and launch readiness. Translate customer and product insights into differentiated messaging, influence product roadmap priorities, and measure impact on pipeline and adoption. Integrate AI into marketing workflows and manage complex initiatives across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
