Support end-to-end recruiting for high-volume roles: source, screen, schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, manage offers, maintain ATS records, and improve sourcing strategies while ensuring excellent candidate experience.

Lead a large remote team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality tax preparation and consultations. Oversee daily operations, capacity, KPIs, SLAs, and escalations. Build workflows, drive performance, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve tools and customer experience.

Prepare individual tax returns and conduct 45-minute virtual consultations to assess client situations, recommend tax-saving and planning strategies, document findings and next steps, identify and resolve tax issues, and record interactions. Collaborate with leadership and product teams to improve workflows and deliver high-quality, personalized tax advice. Full-time US-based contract from August 2026 to April 30, 2027, operating on Eastern Time hours.
