Provides technical and functional support for an asset and maintenance management system used by Illinois Tollway personnel. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, user assistance, feature testing, reporting and dashboard maintenance, GIS integration, data quality validation, documentation, training, process improvement, and system performance monitoring. The role collaborates with internal teams to improve system usability and data integrity.

Lead enterprise growth strategy, strengthen executive client relationships, scale business development capabilities, improve win rates and retention, coach market leaders, align marketing and brand, and establish firmwide growth KPIs and reporting to drive revenue across markets and geographies.

Design, develop, test, and maintain database objects, stored procedures, triggers, and ETL processes. Ensure data quality and integrity, translate requirements into physical data models, support production issues, and collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and developers to integrate databases with web interfaces and deliver documentation and training.
