Supports HR operations across multiple Chicago recreational facilities, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee records, compliance training, audits, and employee relations documentation. Maintains HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits data; assists employees and managers; coordinates engagement activities; and escalates complex concerns. The role requires travel between facilities and occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and extended event-hour work.

Build AI-assisted interactive data visualizations, calculators, simulations, and internal web applications using Claude Code, React, and live data integrations. Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into prototypes, then deploy and improve production-quality tools with reliable data pipelines, authentication, and performance. Collaborate with data engineering, establish reusable development patterns, train analysts on code-first workflows, and replace legacy BI dashboards with purpose-built applications.

Develops and coordinates social media content, promotional materials, digital campaigns, website updates, newsletters, and community outreach for multiple recreational facilities. Maintains consistent branding, manages marketing calendars and deadlines, attends events to capture content, updates public-facing materials, and identifies strategies to increase participation, awareness, engagement, and facility visibility. Collaborates with facility staff and leadership while establishing standardized marketing processes and resources.
