Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to financial advisors, execute targeted campaigns, schedule qualified meetings, promote events, and maintain accurate Salesforce activity. Partner with Business Development Consultants on territory strategy, messaging, follow-up, and opportunity handoffs. The role provides structured coaching in cold calling, discovery, objection handling, financial services solutions, pipeline management, and sales readiness.

Partners with senior sales staff to grow investment platform sales by building advisor relationships, identifying needs, prospecting, managing pipelines, consulting on investment allocations, presenting product solutions, and supporting territory growth. Maintains current investment and platform knowledge, uses Salesforce and related sales tools, conducts cold outreach, and provides sales materials and coverage support.

Manage relationships with approximately 200 independent financial advisors, focusing on asset retention, advisor growth, sales opportunities, and reducing platform terminations. Diagnose asset outflows, provide consultative guidance on investments and portfolio construction, promote additional solutions, and collaborate with regional sales teams. The role requires hybrid work near designated offices and 30% travel to company and territory events.
