Provide strategic oversight and coordination across Operations to support Project Managers, ensure RFP and contract alignment, document operational inputs, drive process improvements, resource planning, KPI implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver quality services and meet business objectives.

Monitor and analyze recorded calls and live video visits for correctional agencies to identify keywords, slang, and suspicious activity. Escalate intelligence about potential crimes, victimization, or staff misconduct, perform translations and proofreading, and ensure proper reporting and escalation to investigators and managers. Maintain confidentiality and meet established quality targets.

Calculate, reconcile, and process commission and incentive payments per contracts and GAAP; reconcile commission expense to the general ledger, respond to inquiries, support audits, and assist with system enhancements and ad hoc analyses.
