Design, develop, customize and integrate SharePoint solutions (portals, ECM, workflows, search). Document technical specifications, create test plans, support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and provide 3rd-tier support and mentoring.

Develop and execute the communications plan: segment audiences, manage monthly content cascade, create stakeholder communications, coordinate with client teams and third-party vendors, and operate effectively in a fully virtual global environment.

Develop and maintain .NET applications, cross-train on RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), perform web development (HTML/CSS), use IDEs like Visual Studio/WebSphere, support process automation/integration projects, gather business requirements from clients, and travel frequently (50–70%). Must pass background and drug screening.
