Develop and execute the communications plan: segment audiences, manage monthly content cascade, create stakeholder communications, coordinate with client teams and third-party vendors, and operate effectively in a fully virtual global environment.

Coordinate and plan multimodal movements (road, rail, sea, intermodal, parcel, air). Collaborate with freight forwarders, rail companies and local warehouses. Manage tendering using MercuryGate and SAP, calculate freight costs, and pass payment information to accounts payable. Work with customer service on tendering exceptions. Ensure compliance with background and drug screening requirements.

Develop and maintain .NET applications, cross-train on RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), perform web development (HTML/CSS), use IDEs like Visual Studio/WebSphere, support process automation/integration projects, gather business requirements from clients, and travel frequently (50–70%). Must pass background and drug screening.
