Drives revenue through channel partners by managing partner-sourced pipelines, prioritizing accounts, routing leads, reviewing sales performance, enabling partner sellers, and supporting deal registration and pricing processes. Builds repeatable reporting and operating cadences, resolves deal barriers, coordinates distributors and internal teams, and improves partner sales execution across technology solutions.

Leads a team of partner sellers responsible for revenue growth across strategic technology partners. Owns portfolio revenue, pipeline coverage, forecasting, goal allocation, sales performance, and partner strategy. Coaches quota-carrying sellers, builds executive relationships, improves lead-management and reporting processes, manages escalations, and develops new channel programs and sales motions. Presents performance and investment recommendations to senior stakeholders while fostering accountability and continuous team development.

Coordinate Agile execution for engineering systems, including sprint ceremonies, backlog health, capacity, milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers. Maintain work-management documentation, dashboards, action logs, and delivery tracking. Coordinate meetings and stakeholder communication across engineering, product, QA, creative, and leadership teams. Support release readiness, testing, bug tracking, validation plans, changelogs, and escalation of cross-team issues.
