Manage and administer Boeing's global equity compensation programs, including grant lifecycle, large vesting events, tax withholding, Section 16 reporting, Board reporting, stakeholder support, vendor management, system implementations, documentation, and compliance. Partner with Total Rewards, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of equity-related programs.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO, managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, arranging meetings and facilities, preparing expense reports, liaising with executives and partners, maintaining office operations and administrative resources, and proactively resolving issues to ensure executive office efficiency.
