Check out their pics &amp; profiles. &nbsp;The app will show all people nearby</li><li>Say “Hi” to those you are interested in</li><li>Those users will receive a simple notification that someone nearby is interested&nbsp;</li><li>They likewise go to “Check the Scene”, check out photos &amp; profiles, and anonymously say “Hi” to people they are interested in&nbsp;</li><li>If both people say “Hi” to each other, the app will let them know there is a Match and will allow chatting back and forth&nbsp;</li><li>If no match occurs, they won't know it is you that said “Hi”.
