Provides administrative HR support across onboarding, orientation, offboarding, employee engagement, benefits, payroll initiatives, personnel file maintenance, HRIS updates, compliance documentation, and employee inquiries. Supports background checks, training administration, status changes, audits, and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with applicable employment regulations. The role is primarily split between Schaumburg and Des Plaines, Illinois, with possible limited remote work after training.

Participates in supervised digital marketing, content development, community engagement, website updates, email campaigns, social media, marketing analytics, reporting, and local events. The internship provides mentorship, structured learning objectives, portfolio-ready projects, and exposure to healthcare and mission-driven marketing.

Leads clinical ABA therapy operations at an assigned center. Supervises and mentors BCBAs, ABA interns, and therapy staff; supports assessments, intervention design, reports, caregiver education, documentation, billing records, onboarding, training, hiring, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Oversees caseload quality, treatment planning, authorization reports, and compliance with behavioral analyst ethical standards. The role requires a master's degree, BCBA certification, clinical experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
