Support the Controller with account reconciliations, develop/debug programs for trading data, maintain accounting schedules, reconcile credit card and GL activity, implement process improvements, integrate external platforms, and leverage AI/tools to automate accounting processes.

Lead execution of debt and equity capital markets transactions, manage client relationships, oversee financial modeling and due diligence, drive business development, mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to departmental strategy and growth.

Lead origination and execution of equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, follow-ons, private placements). Advise clients on structure, pricing, and timing; prepare offering and roadshow materials; conduct market and valuation analysis; coordinate cross-functional teams; maintain investor relationships; mentor junior staff and represent the firm at client events.
