Uses AI-driven analytics, GitHub and SonarQube development metrics, predictive insights, and root-cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, improve SDLC velocity, resolve data-quality issues, and strengthen value delivery. Partners with matrixed Operations, IT, Product, Strategy, and development teams while building scalable frameworks, reporting practices, and organizational capabilities.
