Oversee transportation planning for customer products by creating efficient load plans, managing costs, checking warehouse capacity, coordinating returns, communicating with shippers and stakeholders, and tracking KPIs. The role produces daily reports, supports operational excellence, and ensures plans meet customer needs and budget goals. It is hybrid in Des Plaines, Illinois, with regular onsite work and potential evening, weekend, holiday, overtime, on-call, and Saturday rotation requirements.

The role is primarily on-site with up to 20% travel to CJ Logistics facilities.

Leads operations training across a logistics center network by building trainer capability, standardizing onboarding and learning plans, supporting startups and WMS conversions, auditing compliance, and coaching site leaders. Uses performance data to identify training gaps and deploy targeted improvements. The role trains warehouse employees, maintains training materials, conducts annual site audits, and requires frequent travel between facilities, including up to 75% local travel.

The Procurement Analyst provides hands-on Coupa administration, including requisition-to-purchase-order processing, approvals, catalog management, invoice resolution, supplier onboarding, and analytics. The role manages janitorial and vending vendors, monitors service levels and contracts, supports sourcing events, analyzes spend and cost structures, and assists stakeholders with procurement and travel-related requests. This is a four-to-six-week onsite contract in Des Plaines, Illinois.

Supports employee relations and HR compliance across corporate and field operations. Conducts confidential investigations, interprets policies, monitors employment-law compliance, maintains case documentation, prepares risk reports, supports training, and advises HR stakeholders and managers. The role requires strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO requirements, and includes occasional domestic travel of up to 40%.
