Analyzes customer, carrier, consignee, volume, and service performance data; identifies process and cost improvements; manages customer promotions, events, and initiatives; facilitates meetings and tracks action items; coordinates with warehouse and manufacturing teams; prepares performance reports; supports accurate customer invoicing; and maintains customer relationships and service-level compliance.

The Invoicing Analyst manages weekly, monthly, and ad hoc invoicing for logistics operations. Responsibilities include downloading and analyzing operational data in Excel, validating billing inputs, creating invoicing templates, issuing invoices, tracking invoicing trends, performing variance-to-budget analyses, documenting processes, and supporting billing inquiries. The role collaborates with logistics center personnel and external customers while managing month-end accruals and developing new billing solutions.

Coordinates air import and export shipments by processing entry documents, obtaining government releases, tracking freight, arranging deliveries, managing pre-alerts, updating customer records, and ensuring accurate invoicing and regulatory compliance. Serves as the liaison among customers, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, government agencies, and internal teams. Provides shipment status updates, identifies transaction issues, prepares communications, and supports timely cargo release and delivery.
