Sell the company's print, packaging, labels and related services within an assigned territory. Generate leads, prospect, negotiate and close deals, forecast in Salesforce, develop long-term account plans, coach junior reps, and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue targets.

Assist bindery operators on 2nd shift by setting up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting binding equipment (folders, collators, cutters, speed binders). Interpret job orders, perform machine adjustments, routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance. Hand-collate, fan, jog, and stack paper; use hand tools as needed.

Support production supervision in the Inserting department by preparing and expediting orders using EPIC and Infoshare, keeping machines stocked, verifying customer-specific jobs, organizing workbooks, coordinating non-mailable handling, performing quality checks, and assisting operators to ensure on-time delivery and efficient workflow.

Lead the creation and operationalization of enterprise data governance to make data AI-ready: define taxonomies, metadata, data dictionaries, lineage, access rights, and quality controls; run stewardship workshops; certify data readiness for AI use cases; drive adoption and compliance with CCPA, SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
