Source and engage technical and non-technical candidates, build talent pipelines, conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records in the ATS. Partner with technical recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, research talent markets, support diversity and inclusion, and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Supports end-to-end delivery of digital projects from discovery through post-launch. Coordinates Agile ceremonies, backlogs, sprint execution, cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, risks, dependencies, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation. Partners with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to maintain delivery predictability, governance, transparency, and alignment with client and account goals.

Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects from discovery through post-launch support. Translate objectives into delivery plans, lead Agile ceremonies, coordinate Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams, and manage client stakeholder communication. Track scope, timelines, budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies while supporting predictable delivery and effective project governance.
