Assess clients' technology landscapes and design end-to-end solution architectures across application, data, AI/ML, and DevOps. Lead client-facing technical planning and pre-sales, document architecture decisions, prototype solutions, mentor engineering teams, and guide implementation to mitigate risk and ensure delivery.

Support client discovery, proposals, and workshops; conduct market and competitor research; maintain Miro boards and project artifacts; assist PMO with OKRs, project health, and continuous improvement; coordinate recruiting, internships, executive meetings, and strategic initiatives.

Build and drive new business through outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, events). Identify decision makers, qualify opportunities, lead proposals and negotiations to close, and collaborate with delivery and solutions teams. Track pipeline in Salesforce, report on sales metrics, refine outbound strategies, and represent Codal at industry events with occasional travel.
