Leads the organization’s information services program and project management function, overseeing governance, delivery standards, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and executive communications. Manages matrixed teams, vendors, technology service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting enterprise IS strategy. Requires extensive IT and project management experience, healthcare and laboratory medicine knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Manages laboratory accreditation applications, reapplications, inspection workflows, accreditation cycles, records, and related customer inquiries. Maintains laboratory data and personnel information across internal systems, monitors deadlines and work queues, resolves application and policy issues, supports participants and inspectors, coordinates approvals, and contributes to system enhancements and staff training.

Develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns to drive membership acquisition, engagement, retention, education participation, and revenue. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, member journey development, multi-channel campaign management, messaging, content strategy, digital marketing, SEO, social media, lead generation, performance analysis, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also manages marketing planning processes, agency partnerships, and promotional initiatives while optimizing campaigns through data, research, and emerging AI and automation tools.
