Coach, support, and retain a portfolio of real estate agents by leading meetings, delivering business planning and platform training, relaying market intelligence, driving adoption of Compass tools, supporting sales and pitching efforts, resolving agent issues, and implementing regional sales initiatives aligned with company strategy.

Coordinate agent marketing and branding projects end-to-end: manage processes and vendor relationships, support design delivery, develop multi-channel marketing plans, track and analyze campaign results, create regional social assets and email content, and drive adoption of Compass platform tools while providing high-quality client/account service.

Drive net-new pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting, outreach (calls, texts, email, LinkedIn), and marketing campaigns; qualify opportunities and transition leads to Strategic Growth Managers; analyze markets, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain CRM records while developing toward a closing sales role.

Manage and coordinate Demand Gen campaign operations across brands and markets: project management, cross-functional execution, QA, tracking, reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, accurate launches and post-campaign analysis.

Greet visitors, answer and route multiline calls, perform MLS searches/updates, support agents with tech and office procedures, handle mail/faxes, maintain supplies, perform clerical and light cleaning duties, and complete assigned projects and schedules.
