Senior Vice President, Global Brand Strategy & Marketing

Christie’s International Real Estate & @properties

Chicago, Illinois | Reporting to President, Christie’s International Real Estate

The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional marketing professional to lead the next chapter of Christie’s International Real Estate and @properties. This is an opportunity to shape two distinctive brands, reimagine a global marketing organization, and play a defining role in our international growth.

The mandate extends beyond traditional marketing. This leader will bring together creative talent, human judgment, and AI to build an organization known for its imagination, responsiveness, and ability to deliver remarkable work at scale.

At the heart of this opportunity is a relationship unlike any other in luxury real estate. For centuries, Christie’s Auction House has mastered the presentation and sale of extraordinary art, furniture, jewelry, and objects. Christie’s International Real Estate represents the homes in which those objects live. Connecting these worlds through storytelling, experiences, and relationships is an opportunity few brands can match.

As part of Compass International Holdings, we have the reach and resources to pursue that ambition worldwide.

The Mandate

Reimagine the organization. Lead and reshape a team of more than 25 professionals, combining creative excellence with AI and technology to improve productivity, responsiveness, and the quality of work delivered across our network.

Accelerate global growth. Make marketing a compelling reason for leading independent brokerages to join Christie’s International Real Estate. Build the capabilities to attract new affiliates and support their success without compromising brand distinction.

Elevate the agent experience. Create marketing services and tools that agents value and competitors cannot easily replicate. Strengthen engagement, loyalty, and pride in our brands while helping agents win business.

Unlock the Christie’s relationship. Connect luxury real estate with art, design, and collecting through shared storytelling, partnerships, events, and experiences that give affiliates a meaningful advantage.

Define the creative direction. Lead our brands across social media, digital campaigns, print, editorial, publications, and events. Develop a social media presence that defines our luxury positioning, showcases our properties, and builds global audiences. Direct the creation and launch of a new global website and oversee our signature luxury magazine, preserving the heritage of Christie’s and the entrepreneurial spirit of @properties.

Build for growth. Direct marketing budgets, technology investments, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives. Collaborate with franchise development, affiliate services, and international leadership to ensure marketing drives business results.

The Individual

We seek a leader with refined creative judgment, commercial instincts, and the ability to build a sophisticated organization.

This individual understands luxury as a standard of quality, service, discretion, and attention to detail. They must inspire creative talent, lead organizational change, and translate brand investment into measurable growth.

Required Experience

10+ years of progressive marketing and brand experience leading substantial marketing teams, managing significant budgets, and implementing new technologies. Experience in luxury real estate, fashion, hospitality, art, or other distinguished global brands is particularly relevant, as is an understanding of franchise and affiliate networks.

The Future

Reporting to the president, Christie’s International Real Estate, you will also work closely with the CEO/Founder, and will be a member of the senior leadership team.

The opportunity is not simply to lead marketing for two established brands. It is to build an organization whose creativity, influence, and value make those brands impossible to overlook.
