Leads and coaches a large population of real estate agents, driving retention, productivity, sales growth, platform adoption, and professional development. Serves as a liaison between agents and regional or executive leadership, implements sales initiatives, monitors performance metrics, supports new business pitches, resolves contract and compliance issues, builds company culture, and manages annual agent contract renewals across multiple offices.

Processes and reconciles real estate sales and rental commissions, including agent payments, referrals, deductions, splits, corrections, and stop payments. Verifies transaction and commission accuracy, supports accounting inquiries affecting financial close, generates reporting, and responds to agent and sales manager questions. Collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Product, and Engineering teams while adapting to system rollouts and meeting deadlines.

Greet visitors, answer and route multiline calls, perform MLS searches/updates, support agents with tech and office procedures, handle mail/faxes, maintain supplies, perform clerical and light cleaning duties, and complete assigned projects and schedules.
