Lead enterprise insurance strategy to maximize patient coverage, reimbursement, and revenue. Standardize insurance verification, eligibility, and SOPs, reduce reimbursement leakage and bad debt, develop scalable processes and training, and collaborate across clinical, billing, finance, and operations to support multi-state growth and audit readiness.

Partner with the COO to plan and execute cross-functional operational initiatives, track progress, resolve barriers, analyze trends, standardize workflows, prepare executive communications, and drive continuous improvement across clinical, finance, HR, compliance, and business development teams.

Oversee multiple dialysis locations and direct reports to ensure safe, compliant, cost-efficient operations. Manage staffing, training, budgets, billing, quality assurance, audits, regulatory compliance, customer relations, and performance improvement initiatives while supporting revenue growth and corporate reporting.

Provide on-call hemodialysis nursing care across a regional territory: assess and treat patients, administer medications, supervise dialysis technicians, monitor and adjust treatments, document care, coordinate with physicians, and ensure regulatory compliance and patient education.

Provide hands-on hemodialysis care and patient education, supervise dialysis technicians, monitor and adjust treatments, coordinate with physicians and document care per regulatory and facility policies.

Provide direct hemodialysis care in skilled/long-term care settings: assess patients, administer medications, supervise dialysis technicians, monitor and adjust treatments, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure regulatory compliance and patient education.

Coordinate and optimize staffing schedules for PCTs and RNs, manage call-offs and open shifts, support regional operational processes, assist the Regional Director with logistical and administrative tasks, participate in on-call rotation, and travel regularly within IL/IN/WI. Must be a certified PCT.

Provide RN dialysis coverage across multiple facilities as a regional float nurse: supervise dialysis technicians, deliver and monitor hemodialysis care, perform pre/post assessments, administer medications, document accurately in the EMR, review labs, coordinate with physicians, and maintain safe unit operations while traveling between assigned sites.
