Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, nephrologists, payers, and skilled nursing facilities to drive patient census growth and market expansion. Develop market growth strategies, serve as the primary liaison for assigned markets, track business development activities in Salesforce, prepare stakeholder presentations, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires travel up to 75% of the time.
