Lead daily cash and liquidity management for FCM and Nadex, ensure NFA/CFTC compliance, execute cash movements, manage banking and TSP relationships, prepare regulatory reporting, support onboarding and reconciliations, contribute to month-end close, develop treasury dashboards, and drive process automation and controls.

Design, develop and operate microservice-based components for a derivatives exchange platform. Collaborate with product, security and DevOps teams to build scalable, secure back-end systems with automated testing, CI/CD, and rapid deployment. Participate in code audits, testing, release, and cross-stack problem solving; optimize and implement trading models and products.

Own end-to-end verification-to-activation journey for Exchange users: KYC approval, Re-KYC, fiat and crypto deposit/withdrawal, first-trade activation, and onboarding rewards. Drive product roadmap, vendor integrations, fraud mitigation, payment eligibility/limits, localization, and data-driven trade-offs across Compliance, Risk, Engineering, and Operations to improve conversion, reduce drop-off, and scale markets.
