Maintain and enhance existing public-facing geospatial applications for the USGS National Map. Develop with JavaScript, troubleshoot and improve code, and support scalable AWS-based data workflows using the AWS SDK, CLI, Lambda, S3, and EC2. Apply software engineering fundamentals, testing, debugging, version control, and analytical problem-solving while collaborating in a technical environment. Python, front-end frameworks, Node.js, REST APIs, additional cloud platforms, and Esri technologies are preferred.
