Lead and develop a Salesforce engineering and administration team, oversee delivery planning and prioritization, align platform investments with business strategy, manage integrations, guide architectural decisions, and ensure operational excellence across releases, design reviews, and incident retrospectives.

Leads internal and corporate communications programs, including all-hands meetings, employee recognition, volunteer initiatives, executive communications, and enterprise-wide messaging. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to develop communication strategies, drafts polished executive-ready materials, manages multiple projects independently, and anticipates stakeholder needs, communication risks, and operational challenges. Supports employee engagement and communications initiatives in a potentially regulated, public-company environment.

Supervise an outbound collections team by managing performance metrics, quality assurance, coaching, training, and employee engagement. Conduct meetings and performance reviews, identify trends, recommend productivity improvements, and support hiring and onboarding. The role requires leadership experience, financial or loan operations knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage tense situations effectively.
