Perform workforce analytics and planning including labor scheduling, reporting, and strategic recommendations. Use workforce management tools and Excel/Access/PowerPoint to analyze staffing, interact with HR and business partners, and produce professional reports to support decision-making.

Lead design and implementation of graph database solutions using Neo4j. Provide technical and architecture leadership across the Graph DB lifecycle, data modeling, RDBMS integration, and design solutions. Mentor teams and drive project delivery; knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.

Work with AbbVie to deliver quick-turnaround ad-hoc Oracle SQL/PLSQL queries, build and document a public data mart with current-record views, create process maps/SOPs, prepare and coordinate deployments, review technical deliverables, and liaise with AbbVie IT and business stakeholders. Informatica knowledge preferred.
