The role drives responsible growth, issue remediation, policy improvement, talent development, and enterprise collaboration across Wealth Management, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Investments, and Operations.

Leads production and sales performance for licensed retail bankers, coaching them on investment strategies, securities products, client development, and financial solutions. Conducts individual and joint client appointments, manages relationships, drives securities fee income, delivers seminars, tracks sales results, and promotes compliance with risk policies. Requires brokerage experience and securities and insurance licensing.
