Own day-to-day product execution for an Inventory & Orders module: write detailed specs and acceptance criteria, synthesize customer discovery into prioritized backlogs, define integration/data requirements, partner with engineering, solutions, and customer success to ship and roll out features enabling proactive supply chain decision-making.

Serve as the senior technical authority for enterprise supply‑chain integrations and agentic AI workflows. Architect and build data pipelines, microservices, APIs, and LLM-powered automation; own POCs to production, define reusable integration standards, support pre-sales, mentor engineers, and drive platform roadmap and customer outcomes across ERP/OMS/WMS/TMS ecosystems.

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain visibility implementations, managing program plans, budgets ($150K–$1M+), cross-functional teams, ERP/TMS/WMS integrations, stakeholder communications, risk and change control, go-live and hypercare, and drive adoption and continuous improvement across concurrent implementations.
