Leads virtual design and construction coordination for building projects, independently managing BIM coordination, reality capture, constructability reviews, clash detection, and project deliverables. Combines multidisciplinary building models, assigns and tracks issue resolution, facilitates coordination meetings, and supports BIM standards and execution plans. The role also mentors junior VDC staff, collaborates with project and business development teams, and travels occasionally to Northern Wisconsin job sites.

Leads financial administration and fiscal management for major construction projects. Responsibilities include project accounting, forecasting, financial closeout, risk and opportunity analysis, change management review, work-in-process reporting, and financial risk mitigation. The role supervises and trains direct reports, supports project teams, communicates concerns to leadership, and may travel up to 50% depending on project location.

Leads large or multiple construction project teams, overseeing safety, contract compliance, financial performance, quality, scheduling, procurement, risk mitigation, and closeout. Directs project administrators, superintendents, and engineers while managing owner, subcontractor, union, and design-team relationships. Supports preconstruction, business development, client strategy, market networking, team development, and organizational goals. The role is primarily jobsite-based with occasional office travel and requires nationwide relocation flexibility.
