Leads a local fulfillment facility, managing Shift Leaders, Field Operations Associates, and independent Driver Partners. Oversees deliveries, inventory, equipment, systems, safety, compliance, quality assurance, labor, budgets, and financial performance. Drives KPI improvements, develops action plans, trains site leadership, and ensures operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requires flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday schedules, along with the ability to perform physical warehouse duties.

Lead and coach multiple site General Managers to drive day-to-day operations, staffing, onboarding, and launches. Track and improve performance metrics, manage succession planning, support HQ-field reporting, hire top talent, and solve complex operational problems in a fast-paced, high-travel role focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Design, develop, test, and deploy supply chain software for inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment systems. Lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional Agile projects, decompose work, delegate tasks, and promote strong development and testing practices. Build monitoring systems that ensure business-process correctness and support high-volume, data-intensive applications.

Lead and grow a hands-on data science team that builds search, recommendation, personalization, delivery ETA/dispatch models, and ad ranking/attribution systems. Set technical direction, write production code, partner with Product and Engineering, drive experimentation, and deliver measurable business impact across consumer, delivery, and ads.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and platform components. Produce curated datasets, ensure data quality, observability, and lineage, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data products that support analytics, experimentation, and ML.
