Lead a fulfillment facility team to run daily operations, drive KPIs (order picking/dwell/defect/cost), manage budget and labor, ensure compliance, safety, asset protection, and implement process improvements to boost site performance.

Manages complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations, advises managers on performance, discipline, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and terminations, and ensures compliance with employment laws. Documents investigation findings, identifies compliance risks, partners with Legal and business leaders, and supports regional outreach, hiring, and onboarding initiatives. The role requires extensive regional travel, strong investigation and conflict-resolution skills, and familiarity with California employment laws.

Supports and optimizes Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance systems, serving as the bridge between Finance and IT. Responsibilities include production configuration, user support, Oracle service requests, quarterly update and regression testing, requirements gathering, functional design, data-flow analysis, SQL-based reconciliation, integrations, reporting, UAT, stakeholder training, and process improvement. The role also supports OneStream application development and adoption.
