Lead a site team of Shift Leaders, Field Operations Associates, and Driver Partners to manage facility operations, inventory, deliveries, safety, HR compliance, and financial KPIs. Drive process improvements, control labor and expenses, train leadership, and implement action plans to meet productivity and quality targets while ensuring customer-focused execution during peak hours and weekends.

Lead a fulfillment facility team to run daily operations, drive KPIs (order picking/dwell/defect/cost), manage budget and labor, ensure compliance, safety, asset protection, and implement process improvements to boost site performance.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and platform components. Produce curated datasets, ensure data quality, observability, and lineage, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data products that support analytics, experimentation, and ML.
