The 2027 Summer Associate will support attorneys on complex cyber and technology litigation, insurance coverage, commercial disputes, cybersecurity incidents, data privacy, intellectual property, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Responsibilities include legal research, writing, cite-checking, editing, case preparation, and collaborating with partners, associates, clients, and third parties. The role is based in the Chicago office with designated in-office workdays.

Litigates data breach, privacy, cybersecurity, technology, class action, and errors and omissions matters. Handles cases from inception with minimal supervision, conducts legal research and writing, applies state privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA, communicates effectively with clients, and provides superior client service.
