Design, build, and maintain end-to-end and integration test frameworks using Playwright. Write modular Python test scripts, integrate suites into CI/CD pipelines, debug flaky tests using Playwright Traces/Inspectors, optimize test execution, and collaborate with developers and product teams in an Agile environment to define test strategies and ensure application quality.

Lead all financial strategy, planning, and accounting for a fintech broker-dealer. Oversee regulatory reporting (FOCUS), net capital, compliance with FINRA/SEC, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations, and a finance team. Advise the CEO and executive team to drive growth and ensure long-term financial health.

Manage payroll and employee benefits for ~100 employees using ADP and HRIS. Process enrollments, payroll, tax filings, ACA reporting, onboarding support, and partner with vendors and HR to maintain accurate records and implement culture-building programs.
