Manages professional provider contracting, credentialing, data maintenance, and network participation activities. Builds relationships with healthcare providers, supports data integrity and quality initiatives, researches credentialing and network issues, and provides provider training and education. Analyzes operational and provider performance data, coordinates issue resolution across departments, participates in provider meetings, and supports network, claims, reimbursement, and healthcare administration processes.

Owns enterprise analytics standards, governance, and the end-to-end dashboard development lifecycle. Serves as the subject matter expert for Power BI, AI-enabled analytics, and the MEE Data Agent platform. Establishes scalable operating models, reusable assets, automation, and modern development practices to improve productivity and quality. Partners with business, product, analytics, and technology teams to embed generative AI, drive platform adoption, and expand self-service analytics across the organization.

Handles enterprise provider-service and claims issues across multiple states, analyzes processing impacts and trends, develops solutions with stakeholders, and supports provider servicing improvements. Creates internal and external communications, performs transaction activities and regression or user acceptance testing, validates data exchanges among systems, vendors, and providers, and contributes to end-to-end implementations while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA transactions.
